Chief Executive Officer
Charles (Charlie) Hall is the Chief Executive Officer of Family Hospice, a rapidly expanding leader in compassionate end-of-life care, serving thousands of families with a dedicated team of over 1,500 professionals. Recognized for his transformative leadership in healthcare, Hall drives organizational growth, operational excellence, and strategic innovation, ensuring Family Hospice stays at the forefront of quality care and community trust.
With a proven track record of success, Hall previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Rezolut LLC, where he led a high-growth healthcare platform with a focus on enhancing efficiency, profitability, and patient care. His strategic foresight and commitment to excellence have made him a respected voice in the healthcare industry.
Hall's foundation in leadership was built at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Systems Engineering. A scholar-athlete, he was a four-year member of the West Point Judo Team. Later, Hall served as an officer in the United States Army, completing a deployment in Southeast Asia.
Beyond his professional commitments, Hall is a devoted family man and an avid golfer, embracing the values of discipline, integrity, and community both on and off the course.
